Practice Suite
The analytical framework in your head.
Now somewhere it can actually work.
Practice Suite gives form to the case theory, argument architecture, and evidence analysis that litigation preparation demands — and carries it through to trial preparation and filed submissions. Built by a practising barrister, for the work practice management software has never touched.
The problem
Practice management software runs your practice. It has never prepared your cases.
Practice management software is well-built for what it does — time recording, billing, matter administration, document filing. The document management in most systems is genuinely competent. That is not the problem.
The problem is everything that happens before you walk into court. The analytical work of litigation — identifying the orders sought and why, mapping the arguments that support them, assigning the evidence, assessing the other side's case honestly, evaluating where you stand — has no home in any practice management system. It lives in a practitioner's head, in handwritten notes, in conference preparation that gets thrown away after the hearing.
Practice Suite is the missing layer. Not file storage. Not matter administration. The analytical and preparation infrastructure that turns instructions into a case — structured, searchable, connected, and carried through from the first draft orders to the filed submissions.
What it is
The case theory has a structure now.
Practice Suite begins with what your client is asking the court to do. From there it builds outward — the arguments that justify those orders, the evidence assigned to each argument, an honest assessment of the other side's case, and an evaluation of where the matter stands. Every element connects to the next. The case map that emerges is not a summary of the file. It is the analytical architecture of the matter — the framework that drives preparation, cross-examination, and submissions.
Core tools
The analytical foundation.
Matter shell
Open a matter once and keep its details, parties, key dates, and children of the relationship in one place.
Document register
Register every document in the matter — not to file it, but to connect it. Each registered document can be linked directly to the arguments and evidence items it supports in the case map. Open a document in the inline viewer, select a passage, and capture it to the precise argument it belongs to. The register serves the analysis.
Unified library
A personal orders library and authorities library that grow with your practice. Upload a judgment and AI extracts the ratio, practice area, and search tags for your review. Contribute an order formulation and it is available — anonymised and indexed — across every matter you prepare. The library compounds over time.
Draft orders builder
Start where the case starts — with what you are asking the court to do. Build or extract proposed orders, distinguish interim from final, and confirm the orders position that anchors the entire case map. A personal orders library builds as you work, with AI-assisted extraction and anonymisation for reuse across matters.
Case map engine
The core of the suite. Build the arguments supporting each order sought, assign the evidence, flag the gaps, assess the other side's case on the same framework, and generate a comparative analysis of both positions. The evaluation layer documents your advice, your client's instructions, and the settlement analysis at each litigation milestone. This is the analytical work that has never had a proper tool.
Document storage
Private storage hosted in AWS Sydney. Documents never leave Australia.
Full Suite
For practitioners going to trial.
Everything in Core, plus the preparation infrastructure for hearing.
Trial preparation builder
Reads from the completed case map to generate a structured preparation plan — action items derived from evidence gaps, a witness list with conference tracking, and an evidence checklist. Cross-examination preparation for each of the other side's witnesses includes a three-panel workspace: case map targets, AI-suggested propositions drawn from the full case context, and a free-form working plan with a court-ready print view.
Submissions builder
Assembles closing submissions from the analytical work already done. Uncontested matters drawn from the case map evaluation, argument blocks with attached authorities from the library, AI-assisted drafting of the application to the facts, and the relief sought — all connected to the case architecture. Export as PDF or Word, formatted for filing.

About
Built by a practising Australian barrister.
I built Practice Suite for myself first — because nothing like it existed. I am a practising Victorian barrister with a practice in family law, children's matters, and criminal law. The analytical framework that litigation preparation demands has always lived in my head, in conference notes, in preparation that gets discarded after the hearing. Practice Suite is the mechanism I needed to give that framework a permanent, functional, connected home. It is the first tool in a larger platform I am building for the Australian legal profession — infrastructure for the way we actually work.
Give your case preparation the structure it deserves.
